No payment, donation, tip, purchase, or contribution is required to enter or be selected. Zeffy is free to use. Entering the Zeffy Community Awards does not require making a donation, leaving a tip, or paying Zeffy.
The Zeffy Community Awards are open to eligible nonprofit, charity, and community organizations located in the United States, Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), the United Kingdom, and Australia, where permitted by law.

Because nonprofit and charity status varies by country, Zeffy may request verification that an organization is eligible to receive the contribution. Examples may include 501(c)(3) status or equivalent nonprofit status in the United States, registered charity or qualified nonprofit status in Canada (outside Quebec), registered charity, CIC, or equivalent status in the United Kingdom, or charity/nonprofit status in Australia.
This program is void in the Province of Quebec and any other jurisdiction where prohibited or restricted by law.
Zeffy employees, contractors, judges, Zeffy ambassadors (including all members of the Zeffy Ambassador Program and any contributor holding the Ambassador badge on community.zeffy.com), and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Zeffy Community Awards or to receive a contribution.
